The fabrics Ayaiya uses have a natural slight stretch, but there is no spandex or a super stretch agent used. Some fabrics we use will have a greater stretch capacity than others. Check out the description of each product where we share additional information on each product’s fabric makeup.
Ayaiya uses high quality fabrics to construct each product. In order to maintain the design integrity of each garment years to come, we suggest dry-cleaning your Ayaiya products.
Absolutely! We highly recommend you slay 12 months out of the year!
Some products may contain elastic in the waistband. Please refer to the product description of each item you’re interested in purchasing.
Ayaiya is a ready-to-wear clothing line, so our outfits are not custom-made. Instead, we use standardized sizing, but feel free to customize your outfit by altering to fit your unique and flawless figure.
Although Ayaiya does not offer tall or petite sizes, our maxi skirts, for example, are 45 inches from the waistline to the floor. This allows for extra length for those who need it as well as an opportunity for hemming to your desired specifications.
Orders ship priority mail via USPS. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your shipment.
We ship all over the world no matter where you live. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout on the website depending on how quickly you would like to receive your parcel and how far it must travel to reach you.
Due to the nature of our business, Ayaiya does not offer refunds on purchases. Thank you for understanding and cooperating with us to give you the best shopping experience possible.
If you contact Ayaiya within 14 days of your shipment’s arrival, we will, however, accept exchanges if the product being exchanged is in the same, unused and brand new condition it was in when delivered to you. Items being exchanged must also contain all tags as when delivered. Please also keep in mind:
- Items returning to Ayaiya that are not in brand new condition will not be accepted as an exchange, but will be returned to you with no exchange credit toward your next purchase
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
- Shipping product back to Ayaiya will be paid by the customer
- Once we receive your returned item for exchange and it meets all the criteria listed above, we will send you an email containing the details of your exchange request

Orders are generally cancelled if a credit card is declined for any reason. Typically, the reason for decline is something as simple as missing a digit in your credit card number, typing in an incorrect expiration date accidentally, or hitting a wrong key when entering your billing address.
